Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Area Bagan Batu to join our fast‑growing commercial team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting a portfolio of high‑quality products to both existing and prospective customers across the Bagan Batu region. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal abilities with a keen understanding of sales processes, credit assessment, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and present the company’s product range to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet specific customer needs.
  • Generate and secure orders through the authorized distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of all customer documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and complete credit applications, collaborating closely with the finance team to assess risk and expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, and resolve any billing inquiries or disputes.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and forecast, updating CRM systems daily to reflect real‑time information.
  • Conduct regular field visits to strengthen relationships with dealers, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting performance metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any field of study). Candidates with relevant technical or business backgrounds are welcomed.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in a B2C environment, preferably within automotive, consumer goods, or financial services.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong B2C sales management and target‑driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Negotiation prowess and the ability to close deals efficiently.
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and perseverance.
    • Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Additional Requirements: Own a reliable vehicle, active driving licence (SIM A/C), and willingness to work within the assigned domicile area.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
