Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Eksekutif Penjualan Produk to join our growing travel solutions team in Bekasi. This role is pivotal in designing and selling comprehensive travel packages that include transportation, accommodation, insurance, and a variety of ancillary services. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their travel aspirations into seamless itineraries while achieving strong sales performance and fostering long‑term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan, assemble, and sell customized travel packages covering transport, lodging, insurance, and additional services such as tours and activities.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify their needs, advise on suitable destinations, transport modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodation options.
- Provide clients with up‑to‑date brochures, guides, maps, cultural etiquette notes, local regulations, and event information to enhance their travel experience.
- Handle reservations for flights, trains, buses, and hotels; process payments, issue invoices, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including creating marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns to drive package sales.
- Address travel‑related issues promptly, manage complaints, process refunds, and coordinate solutions with service providers.
- Attend industry seminars, webinars, and travel expos to stay informed on emerging trends, new destinations, and competitive offerings.
- Enter client data into the company’s CRM system, maintain organized files, and generate regular sales and performance reports.
- Network with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and local vendors to secure favorable rates and exclusive deals.
- Maintain accurate statistical and financial records, monitor key performance indicators, and consistently achieve profit and sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) – preferably in Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; SMK/SMA with a focus on Marketing/Tourism is also accepted.
- Male candidates, age 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or travel agency operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse client bases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or travel booking software.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, disciplined, quick‑thinking, and adaptable to fast‑changing travel environments.
- Own reliable transportation (minimum a motorcycle) and residence within the Bekasi area.
- Preferred: Islamic faith, enthusiasm for both sales and community outreach (dakwah) activities.
- Key skills: Database and network administration, rapid adaptation, sales administration, and sales management proficiency.
