Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor HP Shift Kedua to join our operations team. This full‑time position is based in our Jakarta facility and involves overseeing the second (shift kedua) production line during long‑hour shifts, weekends, and national holidays. The ideal candidate is a confident, disciplined individual with proven leadership abilities and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operators and technicians on the second shift, ensuring production targets are met daily.
  • Coordinate with the first‑shift supervisor to guarantee smooth handovers and continuity of work.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and escalate major problems to maintenance.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety briefings.
  • Maintain accurate shift reports, including output, downtime, and any incidents, and submit them to senior management.
  • Coach and develop team members, providing on‑the‑job training, performance feedback, and career‑growth guidance.
  • Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods for the shift, coordinating with the logistics department.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment, addressing conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code during the long‑shift schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 23 years old.
  • Gender: Female (Perempuan) as specified by the role requirements.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • High level of personal integrity: honesty, discipline, initiative, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated self‑control and stress‑management capabilities, especially during high‑pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work long shifts, weekends, and national holidays as required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and production reporting tools.
