Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant workstation, including regular calibration of grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct daily stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure fresh bean deliveries.
- Provide friendly, attentive service: greet customers with a smile, explain menu items, and recommend drinks based on individual preferences.
- Train junior baristas on brewing techniques, latte‑art fundamentals, and customer‑service standards.
- Curate in‑store music playlists (e.g., Spotify) that match the brand vibe and enhance the customer atmosphere.
- Engage with the community on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms by creating short, entertaining videos that showcase latte art, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and coffee education.
- Handle high‑volume periods with patience, staying calm under pressure and ensuring order accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to brainstorm promotional events, coffee‑tasting workshops, and pop‑up collaborations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Demonstrated passion for coffee brewing with at least basic barista experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to greet customers with genuine warmth and a smile.
- Resilience and composure during busy service times; “no‑baper” attitude when orders stack up.
- Team‑player mindset; willing to collaborate and “fight the world” together with colleagues.
