We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Eksekutif Penjualan Retail. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail customers for micro‑finance products, including micro‑loans, financing for traders, and Sharia‑compliant savings solutions.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, providing personalized financial advice and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand local business needs, competitive offerings, and emerging trends in the Islamic banking sector.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close transactions in line with BSI’s risk and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the branch operations team to streamline loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy workshops to promote inclusive banking.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and preparation of sales materials.
- Travel to client sites using a personal two‑wheel vehicle and maintain a valid SIM C driving license.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age: 22‑35 years (maximum 35 years).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or micro‑finance lending.
- Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and micro‑finance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse customer segments.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities; goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy.
- Physically and mentally fit; able to handle the demands of field work.
- Possession of a personal two‑wheel vehicle and a valid SIM C license.
- Preferred candidates are residents of Jambi or surrounding areas and possess a strong commitment to economic empowerment.
- High motivation, positive attitude, disciplined work ethic, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Creative mindset for designing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
