Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Personalia and Human Resources Administration professional to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and documentation to off‑boarding—ensuring that all HR operations align with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and comply with Indonesian labor regulations, including the latest UU Cipta Kerja. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to both management and staff, fostering a compliant, efficient, and employee‑centric workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end employee administration, including contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure all legal documentation (e.g., work permits, tax IDs) is up‑to‑date.
  • Coordinate and process BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollments, contributions, and claims with precision.
  • Operate and continuously improve the HR Information System (HRIS) and time‑attendance platforms, guaranteeing data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with national labor laws, the UU Cipta Kerja, and any subordinate regulations, providing guidance to line managers.
  • Support payroll preparation by supplying accurate attendance, leave, and benefit data.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting preliminary interviews and managing candidate databases.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring new hires understand company policies, culture, and benefits.
  • Prepare regular HR metrics and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting turnover, absenteeism, and other key indicators.
  • Promote a positive employee experience by addressing inquiries, resolving administrative issues, and recommending process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1). Preferred fields: Law, Psychology, or Management.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as an HR Personnel Officer or HR Generalist.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong grasp of employment legislation, especially the UU Cipta Kerja and related regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS administration, attendance systems, and database management.
  • Benefits Administration: Proven ability to manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan processes accurately.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
