Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Eksekutif Proyek Promotor to join our fast‑growing team in Central Java. This role is the front‑line liaison between our project sites, clients, and the internal sales and development teams. The successful candidate will be the face of the company on the ground, ensuring that promotional activities are executed flawlessly, stakeholder relationships are nurtured, and project milestones are clearly communicated.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for project promoters, coordinating daily activities across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement on‑site promotional strategies that align with overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Conduct site visits throughout the entire Central Java region, gathering feedback, identifying opportunities, and reporting findings to senior management.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, including visual documentation, KPI tracking, and budget updates.
- Facilitate communication between sales, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain project momentum.
- Organize and lead community outreach events, open houses, and product demonstrations to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain a professional and attractive personal appearance that reflects the company’s standards during all client interactions.
- Manage a personal motorbike for efficient travel between sites, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
- Support the development of sales materials, brochures, and digital content tailored to local market needs.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and follow‑up with potential clients to secure new project opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 26 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Polished, presentable appearance suitable for client‑facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language ability is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to be placed anywhere within the Central Java region and travel frequently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Basic understanding of sales development and promotional tactics.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
