Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Freelance professional to join our growing sales team in Jakarta. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy engaging with potential customers, and are eager to develop their persuasive communication skills. The position is based in Cawang, East Jakarta, with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. As a freelance telemarketer, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and generating qualified leads for our diverse product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting product features and benefits in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Explain the value proposition of each offering, tailoring the pitch to match the prospect’s needs and interests.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, follow‑up actions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets while adhering to company scripts and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share market insights, and improve lead quality.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and coaching calls to continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide timely reports on performance metrics, challenges encountered, and opportunities identified during calls.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the telemarketing field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.

  • Previous experience in a similar outbound sales or telemarketing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to start work immediately and commit to the full work schedule.
