Responsibilities
As a Field Collection Officer, you will be the face of the company in the field, responsible for a variety of tasks that combine customer service, negotiation, and logistical coordination. Typical duties include:
- Conducting on‑site visits to customers with overdue payments within the Denpasar and Kuta areas.
- Establishing and maintaining professional communication with borrowers, understanding their financial situation, and offering feasible repayment plans.
- Negotiating settlements, payment schedules, and extensions while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Documenting all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system, ensuring that records are up‑to‑date and compliant with data‑privacy regulations.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as credit, legal, and finance to resolve complex cases.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection progress, challenges encountered, and outcomes achieved.
- Following up on agreed‑upon payments through phone calls, SMS, and in‑person reminders.
- Identifying trends in delinquency and providing feedback to management for process improvement.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company’s brand positively in the community.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant local regulations and company policies while on the road.
Requirements
Successful candidates will meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the soft skills necessary for effective field collection work.
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent (Sederajat).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Driving License: Valid and active SIM C.
- Transportation: Own a reliable motorbike or vehicle to travel between collection sites.
- Experience: No prior collection experience required, but a keen interest in debt recovery is essential.
- Communication Skills: Ability to converse clearly and respectfully with a diverse range of individuals, from private borrowers to small business owners.
- Adaptability: Quick to adjust to changing schedules, routes, and client needs.
- Negotiation Ability: Strong persuasive skills while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
