Introduction
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Consumer Sales Staff – Account Management & Negotiation to join our fast‑growing retail promotion team. This role is focused on representing our brand at high‑traffic events, engaging directly with customers, and driving sales through effective account handling and persuasive negotiation. The successful candidate will work on key locations such as Batavia PIK2 and PRJ Kemayoran, delivering an exceptional consumer experience while supporting overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company as a Sales Promotion Girl/Boy (SPG/SPB) at scheduled events, ensuring a professional and approachable presence.
- Engage with visitors, explain product features, and answer questions to stimulate interest and purchase decisions.
- Manage assigned customer accounts, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Conduct on‑site negotiations, offer tailored solutions, and close sales while adhering to pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to set up displays, ensure inventory availability, and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by handling product demonstrations, processing transactions, and collecting customer feedback simultaneously.
- Deliver post‑event reports, including sales figures, lead generation, and insights for future improvements.
- Maintain brand standards, dress code, and hygiene protocols throughout all engagements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
