Introduction
The Field Collection (FC) position for the Gianyar Region is a dynamic, client‑focused role based in Parung, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. As a member of our collections team you will be the front‑line liaison between our financial services organization and its customers, ensuring timely repayment of installment loans while preserving strong relationships. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:30. The ideal candidate is a motivated, communicative woman under 28 years of age, possessing a valid motorbike license (SIM C) and a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for field visits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, monitoring payment schedules and outstanding balances.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ homes or workplaces to discuss repayment options and negotiate settlement plans.
- Provide clear, empathetic explanations of loan terms, penalties, and potential restructuring solutions to help customers meet their obligations.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the central collections hub and legal department to escalate high‑risk accounts and initiate appropriate recovery actions.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting success stories, challenges, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and internal policies related to debt collection, consumer rights, and data protection.
- Promote the company’s brand by delivering professional, courteous service that reinforces trust and credibility in the community.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – D3 or S1 degree is highly considered.
- Age: Must be 28 years old or younger.
- Experience: At least one year of proven experience in field collections, sales, or customer service.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to handle objections calmly.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle and a SIM C driving licence for daily travel to client locations.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity suites.
