We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Girls/Boys (SPG/B) to join our fast‑growing financial services team in the Bogor and Depok regions. As a front‑line ambassador for our financing products, you will play a pivotal role in introducing innovative loan solutions to prospective customers, guiding them through the application process, and helping the company achieve its sales targets. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and provides a supportive environment for fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals alike.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote a range of financing products to potential customers in the assigned territories.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations that explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and the step‑by‑step application workflow.
- Assist customers in completing application forms, gathering required documentation, and ensuring all submissions meet compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through courteous, customer‑centric service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Develop a personal sales pipeline by prospecting new leads, conducting follow‑ups, and converting inquiries into approved financing agreements.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit detailed activity and performance reports to supervisors, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to provide feedback from the field, helping refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay up‑to‑date with the latest financial solutions.
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience as an SPG/SPB, sales representative, or marketing associate is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a high level of self‑motivation and resilience.
- Willingness to be stationed in either Bogor or Depok and travel within the designated area as needed.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple customer cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools) is preferred.
