Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Spesialis Public Relation to join our dynamic communications team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys building relationships with media partners, and can convey our brand story with clarity and impact. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting both internal and external communication strategies across a variety of platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and feature articles to local, regional, and national outlets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other key media contacts.
- Coordinate and manage press conferences, product launches, corporate events, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor media coverage, compile daily/weekly reports, and assess the effectiveness of PR initiatives.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations, preparing statements and guiding the response strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and human resources teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Create and maintain internal communication tools such as newsletters, intranet updates, and employee announcements.
- Analyze public perception trends and recommend adjustments to enhance brand reputation.
- Support the creation of multimedia content, including video scripts, infographics, and social media posts.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 0 years of professional experience in public relations or a related communications role; internships or volunteer work in the field are considered valuable.
