To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a diligent Finance Staff – Budget Management and Financial Reporting who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of sales data, reconciling marketplace transactions, and maintaining impeccable financial records. Responsibilities
- Enter and verify daily sales data from multiple marketplace platforms into the Accurate accounting system, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Perform detailed reconciliation of marketplace transactions, including payment receipts, refunds, and chargebacks, to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Validate and record marketplace administrative fees, commission structures, promotional vouchers, and logistics costs, applying the appropriate cost‑center codes.
- Document and process return and refund transactions, guaranteeing that supporting documents such as credit notes and customer communications are filed accurately.
- Monitor transaction variances, generate variance reports, and coordinate with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve any identified issues.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions—including SUM, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting—to cleanse, consolidate, and present large data sets for internal reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all financial documents, ensuring compliance with internal control policies and external audit requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial summaries that feed into budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis projects, such as cost‑benefit assessments of new marketplace partnerships or promotional campaigns.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to provide financial insights that help improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20–26 years; maximum age limit of 27 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational (SMK) or equivalent; D3 qualification is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude with a meticulous, organized work style.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and discipline in handling confidential financial data.
- Experience handling large volumes of transaction data, preferably in an e‑commerce or retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SUM, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, macros is a plus).
- Familiarity with the Accurate accounting software is advantageous.
- Residence in Sidoarjo or surrounding areas is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey complex data findings clearly.
