Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels for all products displayed on the e‑commerce platform, conducting regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Record inbound shipments and initiate restock orders to prevent stock‑outs, coordinating with suppliers and the logistics team.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media, providing product information, order status, and post‑sale support.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly labeled, protected, and dispatched within the agreed service window.
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization, including the storage area, packing stations, and public-facing sections.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, inputting data into the company’s ERP system for analysis by senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update product listings, pricing, and promotional banners, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Assist in periodic audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current operational policy.
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce administration, retail inventory, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage stock data, perform restocking procedures, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑service mindset; comfortable using chat platforms and handling inquiries politely.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods during packing and inventory tasks.
