Introduction
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing food & beverage brand seeking a motivated Floor Leader for our flagship restaurants in Samarinda (Ahmad Yani and Wahid Hasyim). The successful candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery across all stations—from cashier and server to kitchen, production, and barista areas. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support crew members across all service stations, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and adhere to brand standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Conduct regular stock opname, monitor supply levels, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality and availability.
- Develop and execute staff schedules, manage shift rotations, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Lead onboarding and continuous training programs for new hires, focusing on service excellence, food safety, and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, enforcing health and safety regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and production teams to ensure menu items are prepared consistently and meet quality standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting crew productivity, cost control, and guest satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum D3 or S1 (any major); candidates with a background in Food & Beverage are preferred.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 0 years of experience in the F&B industry are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Readiness to be stationed at either the Ahmad Yani or Wahid Hasyim (M. Yamin) restaurant locations in Samarinda.
- Core skills: analytical thinking, regulatory compliance, conflict management, effective presentation, and team communication.
