Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in Wonogiri. This full‑time role is essential for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and is based in the heart of Wonogiri, allowing the successful candidate to serve the local community while developing a career in professional security services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
- Monitor entry points, verify identification, and manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter the site.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, log daily activities, and maintain accurate records of security observations.
- Implement crowd‑management techniques during events, deliveries, or peak visitor periods.
- Enforce company policies regarding prohibited items, dress code, and conduct, including the enforcement of a no‑tattoo and no‑piercing policy for staff on duty.
- Assist in the training of junior security staff and share best practices for situational awareness and conflict de‑escalation.
- Maintain and inspect security equipment such as CCTV cameras, radios, and fire extinguishers to ensure proper functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors courteously and offering assistance when needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant security or safety experience.
- Certificates: Valid Gada Pratama and active KTA (Security Personnel Registration) certificates.
- Physical requirements: Minimum height of 170 cm; no visible body piercings or tattoos.
- Residency: Must reside in Wonogiri or surrounding areas to ensure quick response times.
- Core skills: Strong observational abilities, excellent communication, basic first‑aid knowledge, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
