We are seeking a dynamic Sales Akuisisi – Tabanan (Wilayah Bali Barat) to join our growing team. This role focuses on acquiring and nurturing new agents who will act as vital bridges between AmarthaLink’s digital services and local communities. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving financial inclusion, ensuring that small business owners have seamless access to credit, savings, and payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in the Tabanan area, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Conduct on‑site presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of AmarthaLink services.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents, providing ongoing support to guarantee high satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
- Deliver hands‑on training sessions covering system usage, product portfolios, compliance requirements, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Monitor agents’ transaction volumes and performance metrics, offering corrective guidance to optimize productivity.
- Analyze local market dynamics, competitor activities, and untapped opportunities to formulate strategic plans for agent expansion.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition progress, agent activity, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the Bali Barat demographic.
- Travel frequently within the assigned territory, utilizing a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C for field operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Tabanan and broader Bali Barat area, including local business customs and networking channels.
- Possession of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and a valid motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
