Responsibilities

- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, confirming details with guests to avoid errors.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
- Monitor table progress, refill drinks, and anticipate additional guest needs without being asked.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and polishing silverware.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and provide correct change while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Collaborate closely with fellow servers, hosts, and managers to deliver seamless service during peak hours.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
