Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers across designated territories, consistently exceeding monthly sales quotas.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up on leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and helping to build a high‑performing sales culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Gender: Male (as per company policy for this role).
  • Age: Maximum 25 years old.
  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or high school equivalent (SMA/Sederajat) with a proven record of academic diligence.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a salesman or sales representative, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
  • Driving Ability: Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license) for client visits.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities; disciplined work ethic; honesty and integrity; and a polished, professional appearance.
  • Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to work under strict performance targets and deliver consistent results.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive problem‑solving, adaptability to changing market conditions, and a collaborative mindset.
