Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all guests, visitors, and delivery personnel, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring brochures, signage, and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and provide accurate information or forward calls to the relevant team members.
- Manage visitor logs, issue temporary identification badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Coordinate with security and facilities teams to handle any urgent situations or special requests from guests.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and preparing welcome packages for clients.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and distributing mail.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for common visitor needs, such as Wi‑Fi access, directions, and local amenities information.
- Continuously monitor the lobby environment to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they affect guest experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, customer service best practices, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
