Introduction

Artaboga, a leading manufacturer of traditional Indonesian food products, is expanding its distribution network in the Cirebon‑Plered region. We are looking for energetic and self‑motivated individuals to join our sales force as Sales Kanvasing Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of Artaboga, delivering our products directly to retail outlets and end‑customers, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes covering assigned territories, visiting stores, kiosks, and direct customers.
  • Present and demonstrate Artaboga’s product portfolio, highlighting unique selling points and promotional offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with shop owners and buyers to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor inventory levels on‑site, ensure shelves are stocked, and arrange timely replenishment.
  • Record each transaction accurately, prepare daily sales reports, and submit them to the regional supervisor.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing updates to all customers.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keeping product displays clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and relay insights to the sales management team.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the skill criteria are welcome.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Key Skills: Quick adaptation to changing routes, basic sales administration, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Personal Traits: High level of motivation, reliability, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to work independently while following company procedures.
