Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; graduates from public universities (PTN) are highly preferred.
- Age between 22‑30 years, with no marital or familial obligations that could affect full‑time availability.
- Female, Muslim, and observant of hijab in accordance with school dress code.
- Strong personal attributes: meticulous, honest, and possessing a pleasant, approachable personality.
- Not currently enrolled in any other academic program or affiliated with another educational institution.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum contract period of 1.5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in classroom technology, including interactive whiteboards and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated passion for developing teaching skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
