Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting peers during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current on new arrivals and seasonal collections.
- Uphold store policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention, including monitoring for suspicious activity.
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area, ensuring that all promotional materials are properly displayed.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes, visual merchandising, and overall store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 24 years old or younger; candidates must be single.
- Open to all genders.
- Demonstrated commitment to performing the five daily prayers (Sholat).
- Professional appearance: neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Core personal qualities: discipline, honesty, friendliness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to undergo a training period and sign a fixed‑term employment contract.
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
