We are seeking a dedicated Guru Bahasa Indonesia Profesional to join our dynamic educational team. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Bahasa Indonesia lessons aligned with national curriculum standards and the specific needs of children aged 4‑12.
- Incorporate Qur’anic recitation and Islamic principles into language activities, promoting moral development alongside linguistic proficiency.
- Develop instructional materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources that enhance interactive learning.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, oral examinations, and classroom observations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and performance reports in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum designers, and administration to continuously improve teaching strategies and program outcomes.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as language clubs, storytelling sessions, and Qur’an memorization groups to enrich student experience.
- Uphold a safe, respectful, and non‑smoking classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and stay current with emerging pedagogical trends and educational technology.
- Demonstrate high loyalty and adherence to the institution’s operational systems, policies, and code of conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferably in Education, Indonesian Language, or a related field with a focus on linearity or curriculum development.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Faith: Must be Muslim/Muslimah with the ability to recite the Al‑Qur’an accurately.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; however, any prior teaching or tutoring experience with children is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Active, communicative, honest, and responsible.
- Commitment to child‑centered education and a genuine love for working with young learners.
- Non‑smoker with a professional demeanor.
