We are seeking a motivated and personable Professional Mobile Coffee Vendor to join our dynamic team. As a key face of our brand on the streets, you will bring the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee to bustling neighborhoods, offices, and events, delivering an exceptional experience to every customer. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain a mobile coffee cart or bike, ensuring all equipment (grinders, brewers, tampers) is clean, functional, and safe.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, performing daily stock checks and restocking as needed.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales at the end of each shift.
- Plan and follow a daily route schedule, selecting high‑traffic locations and adjusting routes based on demand and weather conditions.
- Engage customers with friendly, professional service, answering questions about menu items and offering recommendations.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, complying with local health regulations and conducting regular sanitization of the workstation.
- Collaborate with other team members for joint events, promotions, and peak‑hour coverage, demonstrating strong teamwork.
- Track sales performance against targets, providing feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Promote the brand through social media check‑ins, local flyers, and word‑of‑mouth marketing to attract repeat customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 20 and 35 years; both male and female applicants are welcome, though the current opening is for female candidates.
- Possession of a reliable motorcycle or bicycle equipped for a mobile coffee setup.
- Prior experience as a barista or in a fast‑paced food‑service environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and strong work discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet daily sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift equipment up to 20 kg.
