Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans for students in TK, SD, SMP, and SMA, aligning with national curriculum standards and each learner’s unique goals.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to students and, when appropriate, to parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet friendly classroom atmosphere, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure punctuality and adherence to the agreed‑upon teaching timetable (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and digital resources that enhance lesson effectiveness and student engagement.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student achievements, challenges, and recommended strategies for improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, reflecting the high standards of our tutoring organization.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Female candidate (per company policy).
- Minimum education: active university student in the final semester or a graduate with a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a degree in Education is preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching and interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach subjects across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA).
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Neat, courteous appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work according to the set schedule and adapt to occasional changes.
- Residency within the Bantul area is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of D3/D4; however, a bachelor’s degree is highly valued.
