Responsibilities
- Take and confirm orders – greet guests warmly, listen carefully, and accurately record food and beverage selections using our POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks – deliver plates, glasses, and condiments promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness – clear tables, wipe surfaces, and keep the dining area tidy throughout service, following health‑and‑safety standards.
- Assist with table turnover – reset tables quickly between guests to maximize seating efficiency during peak periods.
- Handle payments – process cash, card, and digital transactions with accuracy, and provide receipts or change as required.
- Address guest concerns – respond to special requests, dietary restrictions, or complaints with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff – communicate order modifications, timing, and any out‑of‑stock items to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold brand standards – adhere to uniform guidelines, personal grooming standards, and company policies at all times.
- Participate in briefings – attend daily pre‑shift meetings to review menu changes, promotions, and service expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or café setting.
- Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and courteous when speaking with guests.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain speed, and remain honest and reliable.
- Flexibility to work both morning (06:00‑15:00) and night shifts, including weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
- Professional appearance – clean, neat, and in accordance with the company’s dress code.
- Open to being placed at our Sumagung, North Jakarta location.
