Responsibilities

- Assess each student’s strengths and weaknesses, creating personalized lesson plans that promote mastery and confidence.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods—including interactive activities, visual aids, and technology‑enhanced tools—to accommodate different learning styles.
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians, providing progress reports and recommendations for further improvement.
- Monitor attendance, assignment completion, and test performance, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and distraction‑free home learning environment while adhering to the agreed schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops to stay current with educational best practices and emerging pedagogical trends.
- Collaborate with other tutors and the administrative team to share resources, coordinate schedules, and uphold the organization’s quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Residence within Kabupaten Jepara or willingness to commute to the designated service area.
- Strong teaching abilities with a proven capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, adhering to the specified working hours.
