- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.

- Train junior administrative staff on best practices for data entry, document handling, and compliance standards.
- Respond promptly to internal inquiries regarding financial documentation and status updates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in accounting administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with common office software such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a methodical approach to document management.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Effective communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact with colleagues across departments.
