- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately record sales using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to management.
- Continuously learn new menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards by delivering consistent, high‑quality service to every guest.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- Good attitude and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, quick thinking, and a responsible mindset.
- Willingness to learn new procedures, menu items, and service techniques.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Not currently enrolled in any formal education program.
- No serious medical conditions that could affect performance.
- Basic food and beverage service skills; prior experience is a plus but not required.
