Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, promptly relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure special requests are noted.
  • Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, checking for satisfaction and addressing any concerns immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately record sales using the POS system.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to management.
  • Continuously learn new menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers to provide informed recommendations.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards by delivering consistent, high‑quality service to every guest.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Age: 28 years or younger.
  • Good attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, quick thinking, and a responsible mindset.
  • Willingness to learn new procedures, menu items, and service techniques.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Not currently enrolled in any formal education program.
  • No serious medical conditions that could affect performance.
  • Basic food and beverage service skills; prior experience is a plus but not required.
