Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Kelompok di Rumah to join Nalumsari, a leading provider of personalized home‑based education services in the Jepara region. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality group tutoring sessions at students’ homes, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages academic growth and confidence. Candidates will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with families, school teachers, and our internal curriculum team to tailor lessons that meet each group’s unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging lesson plans for small groups (3‑6 students) in alignment with the national curriculum and individual learning objectives.
- Assess students’ progress through formative quizzes, assignments, and observational feedback, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing clear reports on performance, areas for improvement, and recommended study strategies.
- Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom atmosphere, ensuring punctuality, respect, and active participation.
- Coordinate with Nalumsari’s academic coordinators to share best practices, receive mentorship, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our tutoring modules.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids—including digital tools, worksheets, and hands‑on activities—to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Manage logistical aspects of home visits, such as preparing teaching materials, ensuring safety protocols, and adhering to scheduled travel routes within Kab. Jepara.
- Participate in periodic training workshops and professional development sessions to stay current with educational trends and pedagogical techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Education or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree (Sarjana) in Education is strongly preferred.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Kab. Jepara, with reliable transportation for daily home visits.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with a focus on group dynamics and individualized support.
- Strong interpersonal skills: patience, discipline, responsibility, and the capacity to motivate young learners.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Basic proficiency with educational technology and the ability to incorporate digital resources into lessons.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) during standard business hours.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but fresh graduates with a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
