Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer – TAJUR to join our growing team in the Jabodetabek region. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, managing credit applications, and fostering long‑term relationships with both existing and new clients. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring smooth transaction processes and high levels of satisfaction.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile. We welcome applicants who are ambitious, detail‑oriented, and possess a strong passion for the multifinance industry.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financial products to both existing customers and prospective leads.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and verify all required documentation for credit applications.
- Maintain meticulous records of each credit application, monitor its progress, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on repayment schedules, payment locations, due dates, and any other pertinent details to ensure timely settlements.
- Collaborate closely with internal underwriting, risk, and collection teams to streamline the end‑to‑end credit process.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional products, contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 30 years.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role; fresh graduates may also apply but will be given preference if they demonstrate strong potential.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including persuasive negotiation and effective telemarketing techniques.
- Core personal attributes: integrity, resilience, attention to detail, honesty, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems) and ability to manage documentation accurately.
