Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our cabin crew team as Steward Layanan Penumpang. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates who are eager to start a career in the aviation or transportation industry, providing top‑notch service to passengers while upholding the company’s high standards of safety and hospitality.

Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, offering a stable schedule with weekends off. Candidates must be female, no older than 26 years, and committed to performing the five daily prayers (wajib sholat 5 waktu) as part of our respectful workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers warmly at the boarding gate and assist with check‑in procedures.
  • Provide accurate safety briefings and demonstrate emergency equipment usage.
  • Serve food and beverage items, ensuring proper presentation, hygiene, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness throughout the flight, including seat checks, waste collection, and restocking of supplies.
  • Respond promptly to passenger inquiries, special requests, and any in‑flight issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and de‑boarding, especially those requiring extra support such as the elderly, families with children, or passengers with disabilities.
  • Monitor cabin environment for any safety hazards, reporting incidents according to company protocols.
  • Collaborate with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold company policies regarding punctuality, appearance, and professional conduct.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: 26 years or younger.
  • Commitment to observe the five daily prayers (wajib sholat 5 waktu).
  • Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak Indonesian fluently, additional language skills are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn industry standards.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 kg, and navigate narrow aisles.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule that may include holidays or special events.
