Responsibilities

- Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, projects, and classroom participation, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including remedial support and enrichment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and timely communication with parents and school administration.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate STEM concepts with language proficiency.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events such as science fairs, math competitions, and language debates.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect, serving as a role model for students.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, Chemistry, English, or a related field.
- Age: Must be between 18 and 50 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior professional teaching experience required for university students; however, high‑school or pesantren graduates must have demonstrated teaching experience.
- Academic Status: Currently enrolled university students are welcome to apply.
- Personal Qualities: Good moral character, honesty, trustworthiness, and strict adherence to school regulations.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, classroom management, and proficiency in delivering subject‑specific content in an understandable manner.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital learning platforms and basic computer literacy.
- Availability: Willingness to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
