Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Host Live Streaming Event to join our dynamic team in Malang. This role is perfect for a confident female candidate aged 20‑35 who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys engaging with audiences, and can deliver seamless live broadcast experiences. As a live streaming host, you will be the face of our virtual events, guiding viewers through content, interacting in real time, and ensuring every broadcast runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and rehearse live streaming sessions, coordinating with production and technical teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Present live events, product launches, webinars, and interactive workshops with clear diction, engaging storytelling, and appropriate pacing.
- Manage real‑time audience interaction, including moderating chat, answering questions, and encouraging participation.
- Monitor broadcast quality, troubleshoot technical glitches on the spot, and liaise with IT support when needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to align event messaging with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, adhering to dress code and brand aesthetics.
- Prepare post‑event reports that capture viewer metrics, feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest live‑streaming platforms, tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance production value.
- Commit to a six‑day work schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00 at our Tegallong office.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a live‑stream host, presenter, or similar on‑camera role.
- Residency in Malang city, preferably near the Tegallong district.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian, with clear, confident speaking ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills: hardworking, agile, proactive, and highly communicative.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Passion for continuous learning, willingness to adapt to new technologies, and a keen interest in digital media.
