Introduction
The Credit Marketing Officer will be based in Kotawaringin Timur and will serve as a critical bridge between our dealership network and the credit department. This role focuses on driving loan‑based vehicle sales, ensuring a seamless application process, and maintaining strong relationships with both dealers and end‑consumers. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong sales acumen, and possess the organizational discipline to manage multiple credit applications simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Stand‑by at assigned dealers during business hours to promote and sell financing packages that meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Collect, verify, and input initial customer data into the credit management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Process consumer credit applications from submission to approval, coordinating with the underwriting team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Conduct on‑site consumer surveys when required, document findings, and submit detailed reports to assist in risk assessment.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to both dealers and customers and proactively addressing any delays.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with dealership staff, providing training on financing products and addressing any concerns.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities for additional financial products such as insurance, extended warranties, and accessories.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting sales achievements, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor financing offers, and regulatory changes that could impact credit operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the automotive or financial services sector.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C with a motorcycle; personal transportation is required for dealer visits.
- Clean credit record (SLIK bersih) demonstrating financial responsibility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex credit terms in simple language.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable learning proprietary credit management systems.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak sales periods.
