Responsibilities
- Actively promote Home Credit payment solutions at partner retail outlets, guiding customers through the application and approval process.
- Utilize social media platforms to showcase financing offers, share success stories, and generate leads within the local community.
- Provide on‑site assistance, answering inquiries, demonstrating product features, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience for each customer.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of Home Credit promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Track daily sales performance, report key metrics to the regional manager, and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, compliance guidelines, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with outlet staff and Home Credit partners to resolve any customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Assist in organizing community events or in‑store promotions that boost brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior sales or customer‑service experience are highly preferred.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
