Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrative Staff (Karyawan Administrasi) to join our dynamic team at our Sukorambi location. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to develop essential office and customer‑service skills while supporting the daily operations of a busy retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, inventory movements, and sales reports using the store management system.
  • Prepare, file, and distribute correspondence, including letters, invoices, and official documents.
  • Support the store manager by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing the store’s calendar.
  • Assist the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, receipt processing, and cash reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow, including restocking shelves, handling deliveries, and updating product displays.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that all administrative tools are available and functional.
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and operational insights.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and ensure timely delivery of important documents.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with the store’s management software and customer‑service best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring criteria).
  • Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of serving customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills; must be able to submit a cover letter and latest diploma.
  • Technical: Familiarity with basic computer applications and store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to adhere to the scheduled work hours.
