Responsibilities
- Prepare, wash, and sort fresh fruits and vegetables according to company standards before processing.
- Operate and monitor juice extraction machines, ensuring correct settings for each fruit type.
- Measure and mix ingredients (sugar, water, natural preservatives) to achieve consistent flavor profiles.
- Perform routine quality checks, including taste testing, temperature monitoring, and visual inspections for color and clarity.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and regular sanitization of workstations.
- Record production data in the store management system, tracking batch numbers, yields, and any deviations.
- Assist in packaging finished juice products, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Participate in daily briefings, reporting any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Support inventory management by receiving raw material deliveries, checking freshness, and storing items in designated temperature‑controlled areas.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold the company’s commitment to sustainability.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; must be comfortable wearing the hijab while on duty.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required; fresh graduates are welcome).
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude with a strong sense of punctuality.
- Previous experience in a retail outlet, food service, or beverage production is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with a store management system or inventory software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg when handling raw fruit crates.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
