Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and escort them to their assigned tables, ensuring the seating arrangement meets their preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, repeat them back to guests for confirmation, and input them into the POS system with speed and precision.
- Deliver dishes and drinks to the table in a timely manner, maintaining proper presentation and adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, promptly refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to any additional guest requests.
- Process payments efficiently, present the bill, handle cash or card transactions, and issue receipts while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, floor spaces, and service stations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy, timely preparation, and smooth coordination during peak hours.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive problem‑solving, aiming for immediate resolution.
- Assist in opening and closing duties such as resetting tables, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑shift sanitation checks.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all study majors are accepted.
- Age between 18 and 28 years (maximum 30 years for certain locations).
- Height: at least 160 cm for males, 155 cm for females.
- Prior experience in food‑and‑beverage service is a plus (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong arithmetic skills for handling orders and cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Energetic personality with a friendly demeanor, able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must not be currently enrolled in a university program (full‑time availability required).
- Flexibility to work various shifts—including morning, middle, and evening schedules—and to be stationed in any of our outlets across Jakarta, Bekasi, Surabaya, and West Java.

- Competitive base salary of IDR 1,500,000 per month.
