Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying that quantities and product conditions match purchase orders.
- Record all receipt data accurately in the inventory system, ensuring real‑time stock visibility.
- Organize and store merchandise in designated zones, maintaining a tidy and accessible storage area.
- Perform routine cleanliness checks of the receiving dock, aisles, and storage sections to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the preparation of daily receiving reports for the warehouse manager and purchasing team.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to quickly move stocked items to the shop floor, supporting promotional displays and discount events.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the procurement department for timely resolution.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required; enthusiasm for retail and logistics is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking goods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 07:00‑15:00).
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a friendly, professional demeanor when communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Physical fitness to lift, move, and arrange boxes safely.
