Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support both internal staff and external customers. Core duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
- Maintaining organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating room bookings.
- Performing data entry and updating the store management system with sales, inventory, and customer information.
- Preparing routine reports such as daily attendance, inventory counts, and sales summaries for supervisors.
- Providing courteous front‑desk support, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
- Supporting the procurement process by tracking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Adhering to company policies regarding dress code, including the requirement to wear a hijab.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Female applicant with a high school (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat) diploma.
- Maximum age of 22 years; candidates must not be currently enrolled in any higher education program.
- Must be willing to wear a hijab as part of the company’s dress‑code policy.
- Strong ability to work cooperatively within a team and follow directions from supervisors.
- Residency in or near the northern Jombang area is highly preferred.
- Basic proficiency with office software, especially the Store Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
