Introduction

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales WiFi – Area Semarang dan Demak. This role focuses on promoting XL’s Wi‑Fi packages and door‑to‑door router sales, ensuring families stay connected wherever they are. Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing in the Semarang, Demak, and Tegal areas to introduce XL SATU’s Wi‑Fi and router solutions.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and unlimited data benefits to prospective customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Identify customer needs, answer technical questions, and recommend the most suitable internet packages and hardware.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals on the spot whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, update the CRM system, and report sales performance to the regional supervisor.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to XL’s brand standards and ethical sales practices.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to schedule service activation and ensure a smooth handover for new subscribers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings to stay updated on the latest service offerings.
  • Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback that helps refine our sales strategy.
  • Promote XL SATU’s promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and bundled services to maximize upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, consumer electronics, or direct‑to‑consumer services.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit is imposed.
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a clean driving record for efficient area coverage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile CRM applications.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, as the schedule runs from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 – 18:00.
