Responsibilities
- Deliver professional therapeutic massages tailored to the needs of male clientele, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each session.
- Assess client conditions and recommend appropriate massage techniques, such as deep tissue, Swedish, or reflexology, based on individual health goals.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations, preparing equipment before and after each appointment.
- Document each client’s treatment plan and progress notes accurately in the center’s record‑keeping system.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients warmly, answering questions about services, and promoting additional wellness programs.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops offered by Ayana to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other therapists and administrative staff to ensure smooth scheduling and optimal client flow.
- Adhere to the center’s policies regarding punctuality, attire, and professional conduct, especially during weekend and holiday shifts.
Requirements
- Male gender, age between 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- No prior professional experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided at no cost.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to work diligently, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Physical stamina to perform massage techniques for extended periods and lift moderate weights safely.
- Basic knowledge of reflexology or a keen interest in learning therapeutic massage methods.
- Commitment to a weekly day off on a regular weekday, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
