Introduction
Gerai Kamijoro is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Cashier (Kasir Penjualan) to join our vibrant retail team. This full‑time role is based at our flagship outlet and offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless shopping experience, handling transactions accurately, and supporting the overall efficiency of the store. Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments quickly and accurately using the store’s POS system.
- Issue receipts, handle refunds, and manage exchange transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment (cash drawer, scanner, receipt printer) is functional.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, promotions, and loyalty program enrollment, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Reconcile daily sales reports, balance cash registers, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Monitor inventory levels at the point of sale, flag low‑stock items, and support stock‑taking activities.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure a tidy sales floor.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures, including proper handling of cash and sensitive customer data.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, POS upgrades, and customer service best practices.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years is a typographical error; candidates should be of working age).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
