We are currently seeking a motivated Kasir Penjualan (Sales Cashier) to join our vibrant store environment. Responsibilities
- Process customer payments quickly and accurately using cash, debit cards, and e‑wallet platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Enter each transaction into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, verifying that the recorded amount matches the customer’s payment.
- Prepare and submit daily cash reports (cash‑in, cash‑out), reconcile totals, and safely deposit sales proceeds according to established procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the cashier station, including the EDC machine, computer, and cash drawer.
- Monitor and replenish ancillary product inventory such as massage oils, beverages, and other small‑ticket items, coordinating with the inventory team when stock levels run low.
- Deliver courteous, professional service, greeting each customer with a smile, answering product questions, and suggesting complementary items.
- Address minor customer complaints or concerns with a calm, solution‑focused attitude, escalating more complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Assist in opening and closing routines, including cash count verification, POS shutdown, and securing the cash safe.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new payment technologies, promotional campaigns, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively with colleagues, sharing workload during peak hours, and supporting store events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy for this specific position).
- At least one year of proven experience in a cashier or retail sales role.
- Proficiency with cash handling, POS software, and electronic payment systems.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to store procedures and schedules.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking tools.
