Responsibilities

- Collaborate with fellow cashiers, floor staff, and inventory teams to ensure smooth product replenishment and timely resolution of stock shortages.
- Adhere to company loss‑prevention procedures, including verification of age‑restricted items and monitoring for fraudulent activity.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new POS features, customer service standards, and health‑safety protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as counting cash, securing the register, and preparing the store for the next business day.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of a high‑traffic retail environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in restaurant, café, or pastry shop environments is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with fast‑paced customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and maintain a professional, attractive appearance.
