Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Kasir Penjualan Ritel dan Administrasi to join our fast‑moving retail environment. This role is the frontline of our customer experience, handling cash transactions, providing friendly service, and supporting store administration. The position offers a dynamic schedule with rolling shifts, allowing you to develop both sales and operational skills in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.
  • Greet customers, answer product inquiries, and resolve minor issues to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, including regular cleaning of the counter and surrounding space.
  • Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, prepare deposits, and generate transaction reports for management review.
  • Assist with inventory control by receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and conducting periodic stock counts.
  • Support administrative tasks such as updating sales logs, filing receipts, and preparing basic sales performance summaries.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow cashiers, floor staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations, especially during peak hours.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, security, and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, promotional offers, and new POS features.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Female candidates up to 25 years old (the role is open to all genders, but priority is given to women under 25 as per store policy).
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Willingness to work a rolling shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong teamwork orientation – ability to cooperate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Permission from parents or guardians for night‑time work, if applicable.
  • Basic proficiency with cash register systems and a quick aptitude for learning new POS software.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a high level of personal integrity when handling cash.
