Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Intern Sumber Daya Manusia to join our Headquarters in Jatiwaringin. This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to the dynamic world of Human Resources within a fast‑growing retail and service organization. As an HR Intern, you will support the talent acquisition cycle, assist with daily HR administration, and gain exposure to onboarding processes that shape our employee experience. The position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to develop analytical, communication, and teamwork skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in posting vacancies on job portals, screening resumes, and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Coordinate communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee contracts, personal data files, and compliance records.
- Prepare onboarding kits, schedule orientation sessions, and help new hires complete necessary paperwork.
- Support the HR team in preparing weekly and monthly reports using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
- Participate in internal HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, talent development initiatives, and process improvement studies.
- Collaborate with the General Affair department on office administration tasks, including facility requests and inventory tracking.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance, such as drafting internal memos, updating the HR knowledge base, and handling confidential inquiries.
- Contribute ideas during team meetings, demonstrating a proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 25 years.

- Strong interest in Human Resources and General Affair functions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think in a structured, data‑driven manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs, especially VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTable, and basic charting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self‑starter with a keen desire to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
- Possession of a personal laptop and reliable internet connection for occasional remote tasks.
- HR Staff certification or related coursework is considered an advantage.
